Factory-trained technicians are educated at the Crusader College, a series of week-long service schools, held at Crusader’s dedicated training facility in Columbia, South Carolina. After successfully completing a College session, which are specific to each division, technicians are thoroughly trained to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and service Crusader products.
