The Cooling System

Crusader uses a larger, brass or stainless steel water pump and a full freshwater system to cool both the engine block and the manifolds. Compare Crusader’s premium heavy-duty water pump to that of the competition. Our larger diameter impeller allows for more coolant flow.

Equate the durable, non-corrosive brass or stainless steel housing to the plastic pump used by a competitor. We have two bearings and a double lip seal for long life, versus the single bearing and single seal system of our competition. And compare our machined O-ring housing and rubber O-ring, which ensures sealing and easy service, to the paper gasket used by some.
