TERMS & PAYMENT POLICY
ALL ORDERS ARE FOB PALMETTO, FL. USA.
DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Orders received by
10:00 am EST will be shipped same day. However, orders placed after
10:00 am will not ship until the following business day. If you are placing an
order for GROUND
delivery, please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be shipped. In the
case of a back-order,
you will be notified via email and/or customer service will attempt to reach you
via telephone.
Please contact us immediately if your order is incomplete, damaged, or lost in
transit. It is the buyers
responsibility to thoroughly check package contents at delivery. Any errors or
damage must be reported
within 24 hrs of delivery or claim will not be accepted. If your package is
damaged in shipment,
replacement will be sent at no additional cost if Simplicity Marine Products or
shipping carrier is at fault.
The return policy may be applied to any order returned or canceled after
shipment
TERMS: 100% PAYMENT REQUIRED WITH ORDER,
All orders are sold on a Cash
basis, certified, cashiers checks, money orders on USA Banks,
VISA/MasterCard and wire transfers in U.S. currency are accepted payment ways,
payable
to Simplicity Marine Products, Inc.
Title to the goods, merchandise and equipment shall remain with Simplicity
Marine Products, Inc., until the
total purchase of the goods, merchandise and equipment has been paid in full.
Return parts must be
accompanied by the original invoice and are subject to a 20% handling charges.
CUSTOM OR SPECIAL ORDER items are not returnable. Claims for shortages must be
made within
24 hrs of delivery.
RETURNS:
Customers have 30 days to return parts accompanied by receipt, in
unused/unopened
resalable condition.
There are NO RETURNS on electrical or used parts. Special Order parts are
final.
Returns are subject to 25% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all
shipping costs to and from.
All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number. Please contact
customer service
and a R/A number can be issued. In the case of an unauthorized return, the
customer will be responsible
for any freight charges and refund will not be issued. The return policy may be
applied to any order
returned or canceled after shipment.
PAYMENT
-
Orders
paid by Bank cashiers, certified check or money order will be processed at time
of receipt.
All orders paid by personal or company check, unless prior approval from
Simplicity Marine Products, Inc.,
will be processed when check has cleared our bank. Regardless
of payment method, all orders are
subject to 3% handling fee. (Handling fee defined as paperwork, boxing, and
internet expense).
Please allow 7 to 10 days for checks to clear our bank)
VISA
/ Master Card - All
orders will be billed at time of sale.
Credit Card Authorization Form
(3% paper
work and processing on charge sales) Will be added at time of sale.
On
International purchases please send copy of Pass Port and Drivers License and
copy of
Credit Card front and back.
FREIGHT:
All International orders will be shipped freight collect unless prior
arrangements have been made.
Unless otherwise instructed all orders will be shipped common carrier service.
WIRE
TRANSFER -
Orders
paid for by wire transfer will be charged an additional $35.00 per
transfer
to cover bank fees
WIRING INSTRUCTIONS
Please
send us an email and we will send you the details for wiring money to us.
There is a
$35.00 charge for wire transfers to cover Bank Fees
Allow for 2 to 10 working days for international wire transfers
and allow 2 to 4 working days for domestic wire transfers.
